We’re serving Cidre Artisanal by schnitz & butzen and French inspired sandwiches by Jacob Weis, one of the head chefs of Brasserie Thi, during the week. You can also try on our Suit Sportif there, of course. On Saturday 12th, we invited Peter Baumgartner from schnitz & butzen for a Cidre-Tasting, which will be accompanied by classic French bistro dishes prepared by chef Jacob Weis.
